Body of Black Man found Hanging from Tree in Mississippi sent to Funeral Home

The body of a black man found hanging by a sheet from a tree in Mississippi has been sent to funeral home from a state crime lab. According to FBI, the autopsy results are not yet released.

Investigators are asking people to be patient. It is expected that preliminary information about the cause of death will be available next week. Don Alway, special agent in charge of the FBI office in Jackson, said that they are doing everything possible to be transparent, to discuss what is taking place so far.

According to the Stockton Police Department, three people have been killed during an apparent drive-by shooting at a corner store in Northern California. As per Stockton Police spokesman Joseph Silva, two women and a man were killed in the shooting that took place on Tuesday night. Identities of three have not been disclosed yet.

Joseph Silva also informed that one person died on the spot and other two died while undergoing emergency treatment at a local hospital. The other four people were also injured and were taken to the hospital. It is expected that the injured ones will survive.

According to police, a three-year-old American boy found a handgun in his mother's handbag and fired one shot that injured both his parents on Saturday. The incident happened in a motel room on Saturday afternoon in Albuquerque in the state of New Mexico. According to investigators, the toddler was apparently reaching for an iPod, but found the loaded weapon.

The bullet passed through his father's buttock and hit his mother in the arm, who is eight months pregnant. Both parents are reported to be recovering.

On Sunday, Chinese customs officials caught a Hong Kong man trying to sneak 94 iPhones into the Mainland. Customs officials told CNN on Tuesday that inspectors noticed the man at the Futian crossing in Shenzhen, which is a southern Chinese metropolis bordering Hong Kong, when he was walking like someone carrying a heavy load despite appearing to travel light.

Nothing suspicious was found in his two plastic shopping bags. Officials then asked the man to pass through a metal detector and the alarm blew off.

Katlyn Marin, 25, allegedly assaulted her little daughter, Brielle Gage, many times on November 24 and 25. The little girl was taken to a hospital after a 911 call was made by someone from the family's home in Nashua, N. H. the girl died shortly after being rushed to hospital on November 25. Autopsy report says that the little girl died of blunt force injuries.

N.H. woman charged with beating death of 3-year-old daughter

A New Hampshire mother been charged with beating of her own three-year-old daughter to death, just around six months after she was taken into custody for abusing two of her other children.

Katlyn Marin, 25, appeared through video link in district court in Nashua, N. H. for her arraignment on Monday. She said nothing during her video-appearance in the court.

According to police, Marin assaulted her little daughter, Brielle Gage, numerous times on Nov. 24 and Nov. 25. The little girl was rushed to a nearby hospital after a 911 call was made by someone from the family's Nashua home.
