Chicago to Host Barack Obama’s Presidential Library

On Tuesday, the Obama Foundation publicized that Barack Obama's presidential library will be made in his hometown of Chicago. New York City and Hawaii also proposed to have the library, but Chicago was finally chosen to the host the facility.

The Obama Administration, a non-profit organization, carried out the site-selection process. It will also be heading the procedure of the development and building of the library. The administration is yet to decide the exact location, where the facility will be built.

Train carrying more than 100 Tankers of Crude Oil Derailed in southern West Virg

During a snowstorm in southern West Virginia on Monday, a train carrying over 100 tankers of crude oil derailed. In the incident, at least one tanker ended up in a river and 14 tankers caught fire.

As per the local residents, part of the derailed train smashed the house. Officials had to evacuate a number of families and closed two water treatment plants. Even after nine hours of the incident, fire was still not under control, affirmed state public safety division spokesman Lawrence Messina.
