Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab’s (CSAIL’s) deep-learning vision system predicted human interaction using videos of TV shows. Humans are quite efficient in anticipating human actions, but a machine does not know anything about human behavior, unless it is not trained to anticipate. Machines made with deep learning vision capability could transform future of robotics.

A huge rocket booster, which has never been to space, reached Mississippi's Infinity Science Center on Tuesday, following a carefully orchestrated days-long journey over land and water from New Orleans. The rocket booster belongs to the Saturn V rocket that was used for supporting the Apollo moon program.

This specific equipment piece was intended for the Apollo 19 moon trip that later got cancelled. Instead, it was taken to NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, where it was developed for years.
